The mausoleum occurs as big & telling tomb, usually constructed for the at peace leader. A word come from either a Mausoleum of Maussollos, the grave of King Mausolus, the Persian satrap of Caria, whose large grave was one of a Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Inside New York City, Grant's Tomb is a reduced-scale version of Mausollos' monument.
